 Maurizio Nottoli the founder of Roberta Pieri  made its debut at AFF with its
new collection of bags collaborating with Paris-based Malaysian fashion designer
Jonathan Liang. Roberta Pieri was named after Maurizio Nottoli's mother, A brand that
 specialises in making handbags with beautiful textiles.The bags reminded me of
Longchamp’s Le Pliage silhouettes but with their own special twist of  colourful
repetitive geometrical and floral designs that were artfully complemented with the
feminine silhouettes of Jonathan Liang’s A/W 2014 collection.
A clever clash of East meet West.
